Our stay at the Harper hotel was excellent - our room was spacious and modern, all brand new fittings - the AC was so good! The room was cleaned every day so extremely clean. The breakfast selection was great, mostly Indonesian food which I didn’t mind but the staff did approach me on a couple of occasions and asked if I would prefer a more western option which the chef could make for me which I thought was so nice. All of the staff from the housekeeping, restaurant and reception staff were brilliant always professional and so helpful - I would highly recommend staying here.

The Harper is a new hotel built in 2022. The furnishings are modern, the room size pleasant. The window faces an inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, not everyone speaks English equally well. The front office manager, Mr. Ardian Arianto, helped us a lot with everything and even drove us to a Telkomsel shop in his car. Thanks again for that. If you don't mind living about 1.5 km from the city centre, we can recommend the Harper without reservation.
